I loved the little swimming pool outside my room / villa and the outside shower. Total privacy, not overlooked by others, I was able to take a dip and relax in private. The room was large with a huge king size elevated bed. TV, kettle, Tea / Coffee, mini fridge, closet / wardrobe and desk + chair. The aircon was excellent and chilled the room within minutes. Breakfast - freshly cooked foods, fresh fruit, coffee / tea, fruit juices...the breakfast list was vast! The large swimming pool was an added bonus, but what topped my stay was being cared for by Mr Dwi one of the managers. He went above and beyond ensuring my stay was comfortable and answered my many questions on places to go etc. The staff here leave you alone and are unobtrusive. Anyone that has visited Bali will be familiar with the onslaught of 'harassment' from cab drivers / moped rental, general hawkers and stall holders for your money / business. This hotel became my haven and a very much go to place to get away from it all. During my 5 weeks travel I rebooked 3 times there and will always return

The wonderful staff at BW Kuta Villa are outstanding in their warmth, friendliness and professionalism. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a generous selection equalling any high-end venue. Service staff attentive and always happy to assist. Very pretty gardens, dining and sparkling clean pool in the public area. We stayed in a 1 bedroom private Villa (No.1110) with a "whirlpool". Comfortable outdoor porch with casual seating for two. Outdoor shower with excellent hot water and pressure. Good outdoor lighting and access to powerpoint. Digital card entry to the villa. Sliding glass doors to the room can only be latch-locked once inside. Daily standard cleaning and replenishment of supplies.

Extremely large room, foyer and outdoor seating area. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Lighting is good. Large Garden bathtub, but dated. Would prefer updated walk-in shower. I'm sure very exotic when originally designed. The pool area very nice, and the breakfast was the best aspect of my stay. Huge layout with omelette bar.

I stay here for a few days each time I come to Bali. It's a good value for money. Breakfast has an excellent variety. Wifi is fast enough to work. Staff are extraordinarily helpful and rooms are always clean. Restaurant is good, but there are also lots of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute walk. There are 2 best westerns in this area though, so make sure you put the correct one in on Grab.

I got the room extremely cheap! On arrival they told me I was getting a free upgrade, I could not recommend this little place more, it was clean, beds were super comfortable, nice neat layout, accommodating staff, the receptionist gave me a wall charger to use for my phone my whole stay, it was seriously such a pleasant stay, rooms cleaned every day, large amount of buffet breakfast items, constantly cooking making fresh batches to avoid food going spoiled in trays. Rooms were large and so so so cosy. Beautiful hot water instantly, bath tub was clean and big. I come to bali at least 5 times a year and always seems to stay at different motels. I can easily say I will be happy to book this place again. Was so so so happy with the value for money. Washed all my clothes for $3.50 AUD, so cheap for motel rates, happy staff, clean rooms, quiet location but not far from anything. Thanks so much guys, I look forward to coming back!

stayed here for two nights only.arrived just before nyepi day,and had a very late check in.luckily, they have 24 hours counter. check in very smooth, night shift staff is informative and friendly. though it is nyepi, we still can have meal at the hotel, from breakfast to dinner ,thanks to the hotel and all the staffs.there is no lightning in the hotel ,and the staff suggest guests to switch off all lights in room, except the bedside lamp. so very dark after 1900, also guests are not allowed to go out, restricted in hotel area only.no TV program during Nyepi. the hotel’s channel did provide some movies,but the pictures not clear, so better switch it off.the small pool is just for cooling body, not for swimming, unfortunately, during the stay, no sun at all, rainy day, and cloudy sky. but i did enjoy my stay, have more time to rest,to think and to relax.a memorable stay during nyepi day.

The room was a little underwhelming, shower head was lose on wall. Not quite enough bench space for bathroom. Thought the breakfast could have had a little more variety but was always plentiful.

The room was spacious, really loved the outdoor area where the plunge pool is. The whole hotel have a relaxing vibe. There are lots of Indonesian Food Restaurants nearby, and its really nearby the airport, but hardly hear any airplane noises.

Beautiful property, amazing breakfast spread, they upgraded me to the private pool villa. The staff is amazing and always smiling. I had read many reviews and was kind of sceptical at first but i am happy i stayed here. Some westerners expect Spotlessness worth USD600 from this USD25/30 room. It is Best Western and it has a class.
